Event Cancellations

Due to the unsafe weather conditions, the 8th grade dance scheduled for tonight and the 2014 Spearfish Shootout scheduled for tomorrow have been canceled. 

I understand the disappointed the inevitably accompanies the cancellation of events.  However, students safety is our number one priority and the anticipated weather and travel conditions require these events to be canceled.  The 8th grade dance may be rescheduled.  The basketball tournament will not.
