Schedule Changes

We've had some changes to the volleyball and football schedules.

Volleyball

We have been able to add some games and one game for 8th grade Silver has been lost.  

On Tuesday, September 24th 7th Silver will be traveling to Rapid City to face Rapid City Christian.  Originally, 8th Silver was to face RCC and Custer in a triangular, however, RCC has a very young team of predominantly 6th and 7th graders so 7th Silver will play them and 8th Silver will play Custer.

On Saturday, September 28th we were able to add a second team in the Gillette tournament for both grades, so 7th and 8th White will have the opportunity to travel to Gillette.

On Thursday, October 3rd a game has been added against Lead-Deadwood for both 7th and 8th grader Silver.  Their numbers were higher than expected so we were able to add those games.

On Tuesday, October 8th, we added a game for 7th and 8th grade Silver vs. Douglas.  The 7th grade games will be played in Douglas while the 8th grade will play in Spearfish.  We were able to do this earlier this year due to an increase in Douglas' numbers.

Football

Unfortunately we lost a football game.  Twin Spruce had less 8th grade football players than they expected so we lost our 8th grade game on Saturday, October 12th.  The 7th grade will still be traveling to Gillette that day to face off against Twin Spruce.  I am working to find another game for the 8th grade, but that does not appear likely to happen.

A 7th grade game has been moved.  The game versus Douglas originally scheduled for Thursday, October 24th has been moved to Tuesday, October 22nd.  That game will be in Douglas and begins at 3:45.
